Happy new year to all.

I was so consumed by my other music projects that I did not post as much as I would have liked.

Anyway, have a great one and I hope to see you (and me actually) around here more often in 2016.

Stefan Walcott is a Barbadian pianist and composer. Throughout his career, Stefan has been privileged to perform with and write for a wide cross-section of artists, both in England where he studied and in his native Barbados. Stefan has arranged for Nicholas Brancker, the Brazilian Sinfonica and created Handel’s Caribbean Messiah, a re-working of the classical work. Stefan currently is director of the 1688 Collective a production company and 1688 Dingolay Inc. a not-for-profit. Stefan, you continue to be a source of awe for me, as I listen to & watch the product of your wondrous hard work at BCC……..the future of our music, especially jazz & fusion, in very safe hands! You deserve happiness, good health & prosperity for 2016 & I pray that you get it all!
